Job requirements
- At least 4 years of practical experience in the field of human resources
- University degree in a field related to the job.
- Professional certification or training courses in Human Resources or equivalent (PHR, SPHR, CIPD).
- Review the Qatari Labor Law and government procedures and regulations governing the country's workforce.
- Proficiency in Arabic language.
- Proficiency in using computer software package (Microsoft Office).
2. Financial Reporting and Project Specialist - Finance Department
Job requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in data analysis and financial reporting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, DAX, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

4. Evaluation and Training Specialist
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs based on performance evaluation results, employee career path, and job requirements.
- Prepare the annual training plan for Red Crescent employees based on training needs.
- Design internal and external training courses in accordance with the training plan.
- Monitor the implementation of the training plan and programs and use appropriate tools to measure the effectiveness of the training.
- Continuously evaluate the level of training centers, institutes, and trainers to ensure the quality of the training programs.
- Submit a final report on training results to the Head of the Development and Training Unit.
- Ensure that annual employee goals and performance indicators are aligned with the Red Crescent strategy.
5. Project Accountant - Finance Department
Job requirements
- A university degree in accounting or its equivalent from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of the position, with prior experience working for humanitarian or charitable organizations or institutions preferred.
- An internationally recognized professional certification (CMA, CPA, CIA) is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and programs and familiarity with accounting and financial software.
- Excellent understanding of leading practices in the field of financial management and accounting.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
6. Microsoft Dynamics Specialist
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of finance, procurement, project, and logistics processes within NGOs or similar organizations.
- Proven experience in system configuration, module customization, and functional support.
