1. Ref No. SP01 – Project Manager (3 Vacant Position)
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, full-time.
- 18–25 years experience in Villas, Multi-storey, or High-Rise buildings; minimum 15 years GCC experience.
- Completed at least 2 full project lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of general construction methods, technology, and project lifecycle management.
2. Ref No. SP03 – Planning Sr./Engineer (10 Vacant Position)
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (NICMAR preferred).
- 10–12 years experience (5 years GCC) in Multi-storey/High-Rise buildings with high finishes.
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and project coordination skills.
3. Ref No. SP05 – QA/QC Engineer (10 Vacant Position) / Safety Engineer (15 Vacant Position)
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. Civil or Civil Diploma.
