• Accountable for the mobilization of contracted personnel in accordance with the Company policies and guidelines to mobilize high caliber personnel in accordance with the right market rates to ensure safe and effective delivery of project production’s objectives in accordance with the Recruitment plan.
• To produce contractual documents according to company procedures and ethics.
• To provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contracts service to Partners’ Entities.
• To participate in the optimization of the economic performance of the operations conducted in the company.

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
• 15+ years’ experience of Process Engineering in a major project environment with a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
• Good knowledge in offshore platforms and topside process systems design.
• Possess knowledge in Flow Assurance and hydrate managements aspects.
• Well conversant in international Codes & Standards.
• Strong technical, prioritization and management skills.

• Capable of supporting multiple activities against defined deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of software
• Fluent in written and spoken English 
• Good analytical, organization, coordination and planning skills 
• Highly proactive with excellent communication and prioritization skills 
• Ability to work autonomously on own initiative as well as part of a team

• Experience in Project Services management on large capital projects and portfolio projects. Proven leadership experience is essential. 
• Minimum of 15+ years industry experience, preferably in Project Services roles in mega complex brownfield projects.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary team.
• SPA Level 2 Accreditation Project Services Management or equivalent
• Engineering Degree and/or Certification or equivalent
• Deep understanding of FEED engineering works
• Experience of project control in high value contracts
• Experience in working with multi discipline project teams and Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractors.
• A high degree of skill in written and oral communications
• Profound technical knowledge and skills in the Project Services competencies and associated areas of activity, e.g., Contracting & Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of the overall project process, PMF and DCAF and steps (e.g., ORS, Governance and Assurance, execution strategy)
• Project execution practical experience (e.g., engineering, controls, C&P, construction)
• Sound understanding on with working in a “data centric” environment, digital savvy, well versed with project services tools and system.

• The Business Analyst identifies and works closely with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, usually for small to medium sized projects or for work streams within larger projects or programmes
• Strong understanding of VAT and international VAT regulations affecting the telecom industry, including cross-border transactions
• Ensure adherence to country VAT framework requirements.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors to address queries
• Support development & testing (SIT and UAT) teams during solution delivery
• Ensure there is absolute clarity of requirements defined to deliver core journey changes and enhancements, and those requirements are delivered to the business in accordance with the original definition or in accordance with pre agreed amendments
• Working with the product / project owner and business stakeholders to identify the need for the introduction of new business processes and updates to existing processes.
• Work with the product / project owner and business stakeholders to ensure that proposed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of changes is reflective of the production environment and requirements coverage.
• Prioritize key tasks at hand and the ability to switch between the task to manage time effectively
• Strong telecom industry background, experience and knowledge of BSS/ OSS systems.
• Techno functional knowledge of end to end telecom processes & systems that include CRM, order management and configuration, order fulfilment, billing (mediation and rating), charging, provisioning and network operations.
• Experienced in the implementation of digital technologies (e.g. web portal, mobile apps, social media platform)
