1. Coordinator
Job Description:
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative & operational support
- Preparing & organizing tender submittals
- Handling procurement processes
- Streamlining documentation, tracking project progress, and achieving timely deliverables.
- Requirements:
- Min. 2-4 years experience in administrative or similar role
- Preferred experience in Construction/ Contracting/ Fitout etc.
- Good knowledge in Tendering/ Procurement/ ERP systems
- Must have transferable residence permit.
2. Sales Executive (FMCG)
Job Description:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience in sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have a valid Qatar Driving License
3. Sales Engineer (Mechanical)
Job Description:
- Promote and sell mechanical products including swimming pool systems, pumps, filtration equipment, piping, valves, building materials, and related solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct site visits, project follow-ups, and provide technical support to clients and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical clarifications, and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
4. Technical Mechanical Engineer
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Swimming Pool and Irrigation field
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong knowledge of pumps, filtration systems, hydraulics, and water treatment
- Familiarity with relevant international and local codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Sales Mechanical Engineer
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users in the swimming pool and irrigation sectors
- Promote and sell mechanical equipment and solutions related to swimming pools and water features
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
- Evaluate client requirements and prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and bids
- Coordinate with the design and technical team to offer optimized solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the division’s growth
6. Lead Cost Control Engineer (Civil Background)
Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control procedures for construction projects.
