1. Senior Landscape Architect
Job Description:
- Inspect, continually, the assigned landscapes in order to ensure health and presentation in alignment with Aspire Zone standards and guidelines
- Inspect landscape maintenance performed by contractor manpower by carrying out a daily site assessment in order to ensure compliance with maintenance specifications in contracts agreements, and report any deficiencies for immediate action
- Make maintenance programs for contractors to follow and implement
- Inspect work in progress and completed projects in order to ensure adherence to plans, standards and specifications for landscaping thus recommending project acceptance
- Report any foreseen landscape components which require rectification or change outside the scope of any current contract or scope of work in order to ensure landscaping needs are met
- Design and review landscape plans with identification of tress, shrubs ground covers and turf areas
- Supervise layout and installation of irrigation system
- Observe location and quantity of plants materials and grading
- Prepare inspection reports in order to keep track of inspection activities and keep superiors abreast of progress and deficiencies, if any
- Give site evaluations concerning the general condition of the landscape and make recommendations to improve maintenance practices

Job Description:
- Over see thee daily operations of the ACCC, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of the Legacy Venues.
- Lead the preparation and execution of operational readiness plans for events and routine activities.
- Act as the central point of contact for operational monitoring during major events.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration by integrating ICT, Facility Management, HSE, Security, and other stakeholders to operate as a centralized SFM operations hub.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external entities (e.g., government agencies, service providers) to ensure seamless event and facility operations
- Ensure compliance with Aspire Zone policies, local and international standards.
- Prepare ACCC functions policies, plans, processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for approval and implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance to ACCC functional areas, translating SFM’s approved operating plans into actionable programs.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess the Legacy Venues performance.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.

- Lead and develop the ACCC team, ensuring elevated levels of competency and responsiveness.

Job Description:
- Vendor Strategy ,Planning & Negotiation
- Develop and implement comprehensive vendor management strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure alignment of vendor activities with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Review and enhance IMS procedures to improve process effectiveness and compliance.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on defined criteria including cost, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Qatari laws, particularly the Tender & Auctions Law No. 24 of 2015 and its subsequent amendments.
- Oversee vendor registration processes, ensuring adherence to KPIs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and monitor the Vendor Management database to prevent duplication and ensure vendor information (e.g., CR, contact details) is accurate and up to date.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing vendor management team.
- Promote internal awareness and capability-building around vendor management practices.
- Assume or accept any other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor
- Vendor Performance Management:
- Monitor and assess vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.

- Maintain a centralized and accurate vendor database for performance tracking and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters and escalations.

- 12-15 years of experience of which 5 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree with (master’s degree preferred) in Supply Chain/ Business Administration
