Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Designer or Draftsman.
- Essential: Strong hands-on experience in BIM (Revit / Civil 3D).
- Essential: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Preferred: Experience in fit-out and interior coordination projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and design standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately.
3. Planning Engineer Cum Project Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer cum Project Coordinator to join our Fire Protection Projects Team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and technical documentation to ensure smooth and timely execution of fire protection system installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project schedules (Primavera/MS Project).
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Track project progress, delays, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Support technical reviews of drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
- Follow up on procurement schedules and material deliveries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
- 3–7 years of experience in Fire Protection / MEP projects.
