1. Operations & Development Manager – Retail & Production (Sweets & Gifting)
We seek a hands-on Operations & Development Manager to lead daily operations while continuously improving and developing operational systems from a practical, execution-driven perspective.
This role requires strong on-ground presence, high operational discipline, and the ability to turn real daily challenges into structured, scalable processes.
Core Operations Responsibilities
- Manage daily production, preparation, and packaging operations
- Directly oversee retail outlets and ensure full operational readiness
- Plan and control inventory, suppliers, and material flow
- Organize staff schedules and monitor daily performance and discipline
- Ensure compliance with Qatar food safety and local regulations
- Control operational costs and minimize wastage
- Execute seasonal and peak campaigns (National Day, Ramadan, Eid, New Year)
- Prepare clear and concise operational reports (inventory, issues, corrective actions)
Operations Development Responsibilities
- Review existing workflows and identify operational gaps and bottlenecks
- Improve and document practical, executable SOPs
- Enhance inventory and procurement systems to reduce shortages and overstock
- Improve team efficiency through clear role definition and task structure
- Propose realistic, actionable solutions to improve productivity
- Support product development from an operational feasibility perspective
- Prepare operations for future expansion (new outlets, kiosks, peak seasons)
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in operations management and operational development, with a strong ability to work on the ground and make fast, practical decisions
- Background in sweets, food, gifting, or retail operations
- Execution-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG or food production
- Experience with retail partnerships in Qatar or the GCC
- Strong knowledge of Qatari food regulations
- Fluency in English
- Qatar-based experience is a strong advantage
2. Architect – Urban, Landmark & Cultural Design
We are seeking a visionary an Architect to perform the design and coordination of a high-profile cultural and urban landmark in Doha. The ideal candidate brings not only technical excellence, but also creative sensitivity to materials, places, and identity.
Responsibilities:
- Overseas drawings, specifications, 3D models, and visualizations.
- Ensure designs comply with Qatari codes and sustainability standards.
- Cost Estimation and others.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in architecture from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in QATAR.
- UPDA certification.
- Fluency in English.
