Job Description:
- Bachelor s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of demonstrable experience in data governance, data protection, compliance, or information security (preferably within financial services or regulated industries).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data governance policies and frameworks.
- Proven track record of liaising with regulators and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams (compliance, risk, IT, security, operations) on data protection initiatives.
- Practical involvement in managing data breaches, incidents, and regulatory reporting.
- Exposure to training and awareness programs related to data privacy and governance.
- Background in working with third-party service providers and ensuring their compliance with data handling requirements.
- Prior experience in audits and external assessments for data protection and information security.

- Ability to develop and implement complex data protection strategies.

4. Business Analyst Cards & Payments
Job Description:
- Lead the end-to-end analysis and documentation of business requirements for card issuance, merchant acquiring, POS/e-commerce transactions and settlement flows.
- Act as the SME for payment platforms including Base24, Prime, MPGS, CYBS and other card switches/payment gateways.
- Manage reconciliation and settlement processes, dispute lifecycle, and chargeback handling across Visa, Mastercard, and NAPS.
- Collaborate with internal IT, vendors, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Translate complex business problems into structured user stories, BRDs, FSDs, and process flowcharts.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment with QCB, PCI-DSS, and global card scheme mandates.
- Prepare and execute SIT plans, test scenarios, and coordinate with UAT and go-live readiness.
- Provide analytical insights to improve transaction approval rates, reduce fraud, and enhance customer experience.
5. IT Engineer
Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 features, architecture, and key differences.
- Hands-on experience with Windows deployment tools such as SCCM.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Experience in user data and profile migration (USMT, OneDrive Known Folder Move, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of application packaging, compatibility testing, and remediation for Windows 11.
