Qatar Duty Free Company – A world of exclusives awaits you at one of the largest duty-free areas in the world, Qatar Duty Free. The award-winning shopping emporium boasts of more than 90 elegant boutiques and affordable retail stores, as well as more than 30 restaurants and cafés covering over 40,000 square meters at the world's best airport, Hamad International Airport.

Listed below are some of the positions within our divisions that we are currently recruiting for in Doha, Qatar:

1. Junior Barista

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing coffee and beverage items according to standard recipes.

  • Support senior baristas during daily operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment.

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

2. Barista

Job Description

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.

  • Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment properly.

  • Engage with customers and take orders accurately.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service.

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

3. F&B Food Service Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist in food preparation, service, and clearing activities.

  • Ensure food presentation and service standards are maintained.

  • Support kitchen and service teams during peak hours.

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

4. F&B Team Member

Job Description

  • Support daily food and beverage operations across outlets.

  • Serve guests efficiently and courteously.

  • Assist with setup, service, and closing duties.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

  • Work collaboratively with team members.

5. F&B Host / Hostess

Job Description

  • Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage reservations and waiting lists.

  • Maintain a positive first impression of the outlet.

6. F&B Team Leader

Job Description

  • Lead and supervise F&B team members during shifts.

  • Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are met.

  • Assign duties and monitor staff performance.

  • Handle guest complaints and operational issues.

  • Support training and development of team members.

7. F&B Supervisor

Job Description

  • Supervise overall food and beverage service operations.

  • Ensure compliance with service, hygiene, and safety standards.

  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and daily reporting.

  • Coordinate with management to achieve operational goals.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
