Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, configure, and maintain tools and required infrastructure, keeping up with the latest technology standards.
  • Establish, build, and maintain development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.
  • Review, verify, and validate the software code developed in projects.
  • Select, configure, and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools based on project requirements, following best industry practices.
  • Implement automated testing pipelines within the CI/CD process to ensure code quality and fast feedback cycles.
  • Integrate and run various types of tests (unit, integration, functional, and performance) during the deployment process.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified through automated tests.
  • Monitor and analyze test results to detect, log, and help resolve defects before production deployment.

Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools and the ability to create, maintain, and debug pipelines (Docker, GitLab, Kubernetes).
  • Strong experience with Linux (Enterprise) based infrastructure and Windows servers.
  • Solid understanding of Java, Python, and C#.
  • Experience working with SQL databases (Oracle).
  • Proven experience in deployment, support, and operational tasks within a DevOps environment.

2. UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end design efforts across all our platforms (Mobile/Web), from conception with stakeholders to final implementation with Product Managers/Owners and Developers.
  • Work strategically and identify new opportunities based on the needs that support the business objectives.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, etc. that help to communicate and gain alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Perform user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences and utilize these findings to create engaging designs.
  • Establish and uphold design standards, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure consistent visual language across ventures.
  • Conduct UX researches continuously and collect user feedback for incorporation into further iterations of your design.
  • Maintaining and updating a complex design system.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in UX design for Mobile & Web applications.
  • Advanced knowledge in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and working closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience creating user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, personas, low fidelity wireframes and/or prototypes.
  • Advanced knowledge of the best UI/UX practices for web and mobile and mobile design patterns & guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and project management tools such a Jira
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, both in Arabic and English.
  • Domain expertise in the Finance and brokerage space is a significant advantage.

3. Senior Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop high-performance web applications using React and Next.js, optimized for rendering large-scale, dynamic datasets in real time.
  • Build and maintain reusable, efficient UI components and scalable design systems that support data-intensive interfaces.
  • Implement advanced performance optimization techniques such as virtualization, incremental rendering, memoization, and code splitting to ensure smooth user interactions under heavy load.
  • Optimize frontend performance across metrics like paint time, memory usage, and layout shift, ensuring compliance with Core Web Vitals and responsiveness on resource-constrained devices.
  • Collaborate closely with backend teams, product managers, and designers to integrate frontend elements with server-side logic.
  • Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to validate UI correctness, performance, and resilience at scale.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on best practices in frontend performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging frontend technologies, patterns, and tools to improve performance and developer productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex web applications.
  • 5+ years of advanced React.js experience, including custom hooks, advanced patterns, and performance optimization.
  • 3+ years of production experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, SSR/ISR/SSG).
  • Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and deep understanding of type-safe TypeScript patterns.
  • Proficiency with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, Context API).
  • Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and scalable styling approaches (CSS-in-JS).
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs, with effective data fetching and caching strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience building and optimizing real-time financial dashboards or streaming UIs.
  • Skilled in performance techniques: lazy loading, memoization, code splitting, virtualization.
  • Strong Git workflows and collaborative development practices.
  • Proficient with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Vitest, Playwright).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, and real-time protocols.
  • Knowledge of build tools (Vite, Webpack, Turbopack) and monorepo management (Turborepo, Nx).
