Responsibilities:
- Create and manage marketing strategies to promote properties on various platforms.
- Guide and assist clients with their real estate inquiries via face-to-face, phone call or email.
- Understand and recognize clients needs and financials capacity to suggest solutions that suit them.
- Handle negotiation processes, consult clients on market environment, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Introduce properties to potential buyers and renters.
