1. Tea Girl / Cleaner
General responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
2. MEP Maintenance Engineer
General responsibilities
- Maintenance Operations
- Oversee and monitor MEP and fire protection system maintenance activities across all assigned sites.
- Inspect systems and equipment to identify faults, propose corrective actions, and verify proper rectification of issues.
- Technical Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare inspection reports and maintenance compliance documents after each visit, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Maintain proper records aligned with QCDD and internal requirements.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with procurement on pending PRs, supplier coordination, and delivery of required materials.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers for works requiring multiple discipline involvement.
- Continuously follow up with VGE supervisors for daily and urgent maintenance tasks.
- Client & Management Interface
- Act as a point of contact for technical follow-ups with clients regarding maintenance tasks and system performance.
- Provide professional updates on job status and client concerns.
- Performance Reporting
- Develop monthly performance reports including summary of completed tasks, pending works, justifications for delays, and recommendations for improvement.
- Present monitoring data for managerial meetings.
- Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all activities adhere to QCDD, industry standards, and company safety procedures.
- Support readiness for statutory inspections and audits.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering
- Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in building or facility maintenance (MEP focus)
- Knowledge of ACMV and fire protection systems
- Familiarity with QCDD guidelines and maintenance compliance procedures
- Good command of email communication, reporting, and MS Office
- Strong coordination, planning, and follow-up skills
- Valid Qatar driving license (required)
- Must be available to join immediately
