We are a leading construction and interior fit-out company in Doha and are urgently looking for an experienced Interiors Fit-Out Draftsman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate interior fit-out drawings for partitions, ceilings, joinery, furniture, and finishes.
- Coordinate with architectural and civil teams for smooth project delivery.
- Update drawings as per site progress, consultant feedback, and client instructions.
- Maintain well-organized documentation for all drawings.
- Provide technical support to design and site teams.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of Gulf experience in interior fit-out drafting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/SketchUp knowledge is an advantage.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Civil / Architectural Engineer (UPDA Grade C) with solid GCC experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction and finishing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Review and coordinate architectural and civil drawings with design, structural, and MEP teams to ensure accuracy and seamless integration of works.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements as per project and consultant requirements.
- Monitor project progress, control manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely project completion and maintain work quality.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design and site-related issues effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist the project management team in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for client submission.
- Support the estimation and technical team by reviewing tender drawings, BOQs, and providing engineering inputs where required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- UPDA Grade C certification (mandatory).
- 5–6 years of proven experience in construction and interior fit-out projects within the GCC, preferably in Qatar.
- In-depth knowledge of construction drawings, finishes, materials, and site supervision procedures.
- Strong coordination skills with a solid understanding of multidisciplinary project workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
