Qualification and Experience required:

  • Profile required: Extensive knowledge of completion and well Intervention (slick line in particular) equipment,
  • technology and workflows. Equipment requests and mobilization process (including SAP). QA/QC process.
  • Level and type of initial higher education: Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Technician degree
  • Number of years of relevant experience: 10 yrs in Oilfield - Offshore exposure 3yr min
  • Technical, personal and / or linguistic competencies: fluent English compulsory, middle east or Asian language a plus
  • Professional or HSE certifications: IWCF level 2

2. Drilling and Wells Equipment Coordinator

Qualification and Experience required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience with Completion and Well Services equipment assembly make-up and QA/QC requirements.
  • Operations: 5 years' experience in operational environment, Al-Shaheen experience is preferred.
  • Well-developed analysis and reporting skills.

3. Field Service Representative

Qualification and Experience required:

  • Electrical Engineering Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE) with 5+ years of experience.

Activities:

  • Oversee and execute commissioning activities for oil and gas facilities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and safety protocols.

7. Senior Helicopter Operations Coordinator

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Education - College or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in programming of supply vessels or helicopters or similar operation within the oil and gas industry.
  • Fluent (level 6) in English both Verbal and Written
  • Strong demonstrated understanding of safety risk associated with personnel and cargo movement

Activities

  • Plans and schedules helicopters and supply vessels in support of all offshore operations, including JV Companies, by assessing, calculating and assigning loads, capacity, operational priorities, and route economy.
  • Liaises and co-ordinates the timely delivery of materials and cargo between users and contractors to meet ship and aircraft loading schedules thereby ensuring viability of planned movements, and involving considerable external liaison with contract suppliers, haulers, material handlers, port security and user departments
  • Schedules and prioritizes deliveries of cement, drilling chemicals, diesel fuel, water, and all other bulk required by offshore locations in order to maintain production and drilling operations
  • Resolves conflicts in passenger and cargo bookings to offshore locations using computer based logistics systems such as overbooked flights and payload issues, liaising and coordinating new departure schedules between the booking personnel of each company and the heliport that will ultimately meet the requirements of each company, and to ensure that at no single time more than one logistics activity is operating at any offshore location (e.g. cargo offloading during helicopter landing).
  • Abstracts and collates information from offshore locations and ports on behalf of Qatar Armed Forces aircraft/vessels, including producing daily status reports for the military and organization of fuelling, landing, routing through rig protected zones and ports, and using that knowledge to conduct critical safety deconfliction for military assets with QP/JV's own logistics assets, based upon an assessment of the operational information provided from the military against the scheduled movements of the day.
  • Acts as 'Super-User' for the bespoke cloud-based logistics IT systems which are national systems critical to daily management of offshore platforms. Receives calls from users and fixes any technical issues encountered, or grants new access to the system upon confirming approval with the companies authorized signatory

8. Site Lifting Specialist

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Minimum 10 years in the lifting & handling industry at supervisory level
  • Offshore jacket / topside installation experience preferred
  • Technical Engineer and / or Industry related qualifications such as OPITO! LEER! EAL CPA etc.
  • Broad and extensive knowledge in handling & lifting appliance & operations
  • Working to International standards such as: BS. LOLER. etc.!
  • Experienced in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Worked in onshore & offshore operations
  • Have working profile such as: Rigger, Rigger Foreman, Rigging Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor, Lifting Superintendent SLS
  • Risk assessment in relation to health. safety & environment
  • Supervision of critical and heavy lifts
  • Planning of critical and non-critical lifts
  • Experience in training and coaching is preferred
  • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.

Activities

  • Provide technical expertise in daily handling & lifting activities including Categorization of lifts
  • Risk assessment and hazard identification in line with criticality of the lifting operation

  • Perform condition & compliance checks and fitness for purpose reviews on lifting appliances. lifting accessories. CCUs. and evaluate their acceptance based on utilization on site.
  • To be Involved with planed internal audits of the lifting operations. participate in lifting operations incident investigation and analyses when required FMA
