Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer in instrumentation, Electrical or Equivalent Engineering degree.
- Must have minimum 8 years of experience of at least 5 years as customer support / project / service engineer of System 800xA based safety systems preferably in Oil & Gas / Power & Water industry.
- Good hands-on experience in system 800xA based integrated control and safety system (both hardware and software) is a Must-have with AC800MHI library-based application development – project & commissioning
- Knowledge of FSMS (functional safety management system) is a Must-have for this role and valid Functional Safety certifications preferred such as TUV FS engineer, ABB certifications etc.
- Knowledge of Functional safety technical standards IEC61511, IEC61508 and corresponding system engineering practice experience.
- Hands on Experience in Industrial networking, network switch configuration
- Hands on experience in Cyber security for 800xA based systems
- Be an analytical thinker, self-starter, resilient and highly adaptable- in line with ABB’s latest advance service & digital portfolio

2. Project Lead Engineer - System 800xA
Qualifications for the role
- Graduate Engineer in Electrical/ Electronic/ instrumentation Engineering
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with 800xA, AC800M, AC800M HI, Infi90 and Symphony systems and the Oil & Gas / Power & Water market
- Must have minimum 12 years of experience of which at least 8 years as customer support / project / service engineer of System 800xA based 800M / 800mHI / Infi90 / Symphony systems preferably in Oil & Gas / Power & Water industry
- Multidiscipline support
- Effective utilization of service contracts
- Working in service projects and major projects for system 800xA based ICSS
- Team Size: Lead Engineer with 5 to 10 virtual reports as per project execution organogram. (No line management)
- Rendering technical validation of design solutions in medium and complex projects
- Good hands-on experience as Project Lead for system 800xA based control system (both hardware and software) with 9800M/ nfi90 / symphony Plus / system 800xA -based application development – project & commissioning
- Hands own experience in system installation and maintenance
- Hands on Experience in Industrial networking, network switch configuration
- Hands on experience in Cyber security solutions for 800xA systems. Able to do cybersecurity audits and assessments, Cyber security implementation experience

- You are a graduate Engineer in Electrical, Electronic or instrumentation Engineering
- You have a minimum of 8 years of as Senior Field Services Engineer with experience in System and solutions 800xA with IEC61850, , AC800M, PMS/ELICS/EMCS, engineering, documentation, testing and commissioning experience in oil and gas industry
- You are an analytical thinker, self-starter, resilient and highly adaptable- in line with ABB’s latest advance service
- You are skillset in industrial communication protocols like IEC104, Modbus- RTU & TCP, OPC, IEC61131
- You have experience in Industrial networking, network switch configuration

Qualifications for the role
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is

- Has good analytical and problem-solving ability
