1. Recruitment Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Business management required.
- 3-4 years of recruitment experience required (Qatar/GC experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/HRMS WITH RECRUITMENT/Onboarding modules.
- Working experience with multiple divisions will have an advantage
2. Payroll Officer
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in HR/Finance/Accounting preferred
- 3-6 years of Payroll experience required (Qatar/GC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Payroll processes, settlements, overtime and attendance linkage.
- Proficiency in Advance Excel and ERP/HRMS with Payroll module.
3. Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain visitor records and front desk area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required
- Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of office procedures is an advantage
- Punctual, polite, and well-organized

Experience & Qualifications:
- The Qualified candidate should have 6-7 years of experience in ERP System. (Experience with ADLER will be a plus).
- B. Com or Semi Qualified CA/ ACCA.
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Financial Reporting Skills
- Good in Advance Excel (Microsoft & Office)
- Candidate must be available in Qatar
