Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Coordination: Managing project timelines for offshore EPC assets using Primavera P6 and coordinating engineering workflows for Wellhead Jackets and Platforms.
Quality Assurance & Control: Overseeing supplier quality, performing mechanical inspections, and conducting audits as an ISO Lead Auditor to ensure plant operational integrity.
Specialized Inspection: Monitoring painting, coating, and insulation for steel structures, piping, and vessels, ensuring strict adherence to NACE/BGAS standards.
Field Supervision: Leading E&I, Piping, and Tank teams on-site, managing PTW systems, and ensuring offshore safety protocols are executed flawlessly.
Requirements
Core Experience: 10 to 15+ years of total experience in the Oil & Gas/EPC industry (varies by role).
Offshore Expertise: For Planning and Coordination roles, 5 to 10 years of Offshore experience is MANDATORY (specifically Wellhead Jackets/Platforms).
Technical Certifications:
QA/QC: CSWIP 3.2/AWS CWI, ASNT/PCN Level II (RT, UT, PT, MPI), and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
Painting: NACE Level 2 or CSWIP-BGAS Grade 2 (with 3+ years post-certification experience).
Educational Background: B.E. / B-Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant Engineering disciplines.
Regional Experience: GCC experience is mandatory for QA/QC roles; offshore willingness is required for inspectors.
