We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Handle employee queries and provide timely assistance.
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.

2. Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration, especially for fit-out and interior-related works.
- Prepare and manage design documentation packages with high precision and timely submission.
- Review, verify, and comment on contractors’ shop drawings and material submittals.
- Implement, follow, and maintain company CAD/BIM standards across all projects.
- Participate in design review meetings and support project execution teams with technical input.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Designer or Draftsman.
- Essential: Strong hands-on experience in BIM (Revit / Civil 3D).
- Essential: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Preferred: Experience in fit-out and interior coordination projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and design standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong preference for candidates who can join immediately.
