1. SE Operations Coordinator

This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities. However, direct contact with technicians and project teams to deliver information on mobs etc. out of hours and weekends likely.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in project management, business management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience with planning, organizing and administration of activities and personnel
• Previous Integrity Management experience including personnel logistics
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Basic Understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

2. SE Equipment Coordinator

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 1 years of Inspection experience with NDT knowledge of equipment
• Minimum of NDT Level 1 certification

This position will oversee operations coordinators and technical stakeholders, all of whom are based in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in project management, business management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous Integrity Management experience including personnel logistics
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Basic Understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

4. Senior Paint NACE Inspectors

Qualifications

• Painting/Coating
• ESSENTIAL
• NACE-CIP (minimum level 2) or BGAS-CSWIP (grade 2 or above).
• DESIRED
• Metal Thermal Arc Spray Application (TSA) application and inspection experience.
• Liquid Coating application and inspection experience.
• Education and/or Experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in QC Painting/Coating Inspection in Oil and Gas Industry

5. HR Business Partner (Fixed Term)

The HR Business Partner provides a business-focused, strategic and operational HR service to leaders and employees across Qatar, both onshore and offshore. The HR Business Partner builds strong working relationships and partners closely with leaders to understand operational priorities, drive HR strategy and deliver a professional HR service covering the full remit of the employee lifecycle, including talent management, reward, employee relations, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Proactively support the delivery of HR processes across the Qatar, both onshore and offshore
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues that strengthens organizational capability and accelerates talent
• Promoting a positive employee relations climate by advising and coaching leaders on employee relations issues, including discipline, grievance, sickness absence, ill health capability, and performance management
• Lead and manage complex projects, including merger and acquisitions, pay harmonization, onboarding mas workforce, redundancy, and changes to terms and conditions of employment.
• Lead and participate in change management initiatives that enhance the employee experience and elevate organizational effectiveness
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence in the planning and execution of HR initiatives including reward campaigns, annual performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and talent development / succession planning.
• Influencing the development of business centered HR policies and processes, ensuring legislative compliance.
• Build strong working relationship with regional leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to determine workforce planning requirements and work alongside Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment and selection process for both full-time and temporary resources, ensuring compliance with Company policy, budget requirements and compensation philosophy
• Manage the transfer of employees into and out of the region by liaising with global HR teams.
• Through close partnerships with peers and external networks, maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices, legislative requirements and key trends
• Actively seek out opportunities for improvement in departmental procedures and ways of working
• Leverage HR metrics and data to identify opportunities for improvement and to inform decision-making.
• Responding to bid queries related to HR
• Assist with any other duties as and when required.
