- Education and/or Experience

5. HR Business Partner (Fixed Term)
The HR Business Partner provides a business-focused, strategic and operational HR service to leaders and employees across Qatar, both onshore and offshore. The HR Business Partner builds strong working relationships and partners closely with leaders to understand operational priorities, drive HR strategy and deliver a professional HR service covering the full remit of the employee lifecycle, including talent management, reward, employee relations, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Proactively support the delivery of HR processes across the Qatar, both onshore and offshore
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues that strengthens organizational capability and accelerates talent
- Promoting a positive employee relations climate by advising and coaching leaders on employee relations issues, including discipline, grievance, sickness absence, ill health capability, and performance management
- Lead and manage complex projects, including merger and acquisitions, pay harmonization, onboarding mas workforce, redundancy, and changes to terms and conditions of employment.
- Lead and participate in change management initiatives that enhance the employee experience and elevate organizational effectiveness
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence in the planning and execution of HR initiatives including reward campaigns, annual performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and talent development / succession planning.
- Influencing the development of business centered HR policies and processes, ensuring legislative compliance.
- Build strong working relationship with regional leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership to determine workforce planning requirements and work alongside Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment and selection process for both full-time and temporary resources, ensuring compliance with Company policy, budget requirements and compensation philosophy
- Manage the transfer of employees into and out of the region by liaising with global HR teams.
