1. MWR Specialist

Job Description:

• Perform all duties required for the operation of installation services, including serving alcoholic beverages, customer service, basic maintenance and cleaning, inventory, fitness front desk support, stocking, basic technical equipment assistance, event planning, event setup and breakdown, linen exchange, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service and perform related tasks in recreational services, fitness centers, lounge operations, linen exchange, and housekeeping/custodial areas.
• Be courteous to customers and verbally communicate all items in English.
• Maintain a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, and professional atmosphere in all working facilities and areas.
• Complete all assigned Vectrus and government-required training courses.
• Ensure proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor-provided property.
• Follow precise company time reporting procedures and complete timesheets accurately.

2. Program Management Analyst (Mid)

Job Description:

• Assist the IPTL in developing and tracking program progress in the program IGS.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management of acquisition activities, including execution metric development, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Work directly with OEM contractors to ensure program progress.
• Develop and manage acquisition plans and contract documents including SOWs, justifications, approvals, and PID/PMT initiation.
• Conduct technical evaluations for contract actions and complete necessary documentation.
• Assist in developing contract performance assessment reports (CPARs) and coordinate with acquisition leads on approval.
• Support resource planning including budget preparation, execution, and POM development.
• Develop independent analysis of technical and budgetary solutions for program elements.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings for the IPT.

3. Senior Master Scheduler (IMS)

Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) for complex cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Provide schedule leadership and analytical insight to leadership, project managers, and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment between project milestones, resource availability, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining schedule integrity and risk mitigation.
• Proactively monitor performance and provide recommendations to maintain schedule success.

Job Description:

• Drive growth strategies across domestic and international defense, aerospace, and commercial training markets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value contracts with U.S. Department of Defense, international defense ministries, and commercial partners.
• Collaborate with program, engineering, finance, and operations leadership to align business development initiatives with corporate objectives.

Job Description:

• Support administration of DoD or other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company policies (non-IT related).
• Assist with continuous vetting investigations and adjudications.
• Review SF86 electronic applications via NBIS in support of the security team.
• Conduct personnel security briefs and debriefs.
• Handle security issues related to physical access, couriers, clearances, COMSEC, packages, documentation, and debriefings.
• Assist in investigations of losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform other job duties as needed.
