1. Senior Advance Process and Control Delivery Manager

Industry Energy technology (IET) part of Baker Hughes Company operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders.

As a Senior Advance Process and Control Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales teams in identifying, quantifying, and presenting complex process optimization opportunities to our customers.
  • Developing technical proposals for process optimization in LNG, fertilizers, gas processing, refining and olefins industry.
  • Leading delivery teams during the implementation and ensuring the technical success of our solution.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in advising the product team on industry use cases, ideation, and feature implementation.
  • Working with product managers, data scientists and customers to drive the adoption of AI / ML-based process optimization applications.
  • Staying informed of industry technology and innovation, disseminating new technology information to the Baker Hughes engineering and services teams.
  • Providing coaching, technical mentoring & development of subject matter experts globally.
  • Promoting a safe working environment, being responsible and driving compliance, quality & EHS culture in the organization. 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Advanced Process Control (APC) and/or optimization solutions.
  • Experience and passion with data driven/ML based optimization models.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead technical implementation of APC and/or optimization projects on complex industrial processes.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
  • Business Acumen and the ability to influence senior-level management investment decisions.
  • Proven experience working with people in an operating plant or other operational setting.
  • Extensive experience communicating and working with senior executive stakeholders.

2. Field Specialist - Surface Pressure Control (Open)

The Field Service Specialist - Pressure Control provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

As a Field Service Specialist – Pressure Control, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation
  • Responding to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
  • Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer's sites, developing and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability
  • Maintaining knowledge of applicable product line warranties, and accomplish effective warranty administration
  • Planning, preparing and/or instructing both internal and external training programs as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in area of specialization
  • Providing leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites
  • Maintaining strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within BH safety standards
  • Preparing timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical diploma.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in wellhead
  • Have previous experience with multibowl type system and Hydraulic tooling is preferred 
  • Have experience in providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers.
  • Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.
  • Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment.

3. Control Field Service Engineer

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Engineering Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant field experience.
  • Have strong knowledge on rotating equipment installation/ commissioning /maintenance/ Troubleshooting; Hands on expertise on of HDGT (Frame 5/2, 6B, 7E & 9E) field Instrumentation, Control logic and their auxiliaries.
  • High expertise and Hands-On Knowledge of Mark Vie turbine control panels.
  • Knowledge of PLC control panels
  • Experience on DLN (Dry Low NOx) systems mapping.
  • Be able to speak fluent English language (Speaking and writing. Crucial for Report, Customer interaction and communication with ENG HQ technical alignment)
  • Have strong customer service-orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Proven analytical and quality improvement ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Health, Safety and Environmental mindset and compliance.
  • This role requires extensive travel. Applicants must be willing and able to travel significantly (not less than 70%) without geographical restriction including offshore

4. Field Service Engineer - Mechanical Heavy-Duty Gas Turbine

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Have more than 7+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas/ Power/ Refinery/ Turbomachinery industries.
  • Be able to perform major Inspections and overhauling on HDGT – Fr 5/2, Fr6B, Fr 7E and/or Fr 9E.
  • Be able to perform Laser Alignments & Borescope inspection on all machines.
  • This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers, working with a strong sense of partnership, clarity, and shared purpose.
  • Demonstrates strong active‑listening skills, clear and structured thinking, and a growth mindset when addressing queries. T
  • Be solution‑oriented and consistently uphold a high level of customer centricity in every interaction.
