1. Engineer - Procurement (Civil)
Job Description:
- Qualification: - Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: - Minimum 06 years of overall experience.
- Exposure: - Experience in finalization of subcontractor, issuing LOA, agreements, purchase orders and analyzing data and managing RFQS.
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholder to ensure timely procurement of service and materials.
2. Engineer - Planning
Job Description:
- Qualification:- Degree in Civil Engineering and certification in Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Experience: - Minimum 05 years of overall experience.
- Exposure: - Experience in planning, scheduling and monitoring project using Primavera P6/MSP.
- Coordinate with project team for progress tracking, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Preparation of EOT analysis.
3. Estimation Engineer - MEΡ
Job Description:
- Qualification: - Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: - Minimum 08 years of overall professional experience, including at least 05 years of in the FM sector (Hard & Soft Services) in Qatar.
- Exposure: - Experience in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and tender documentation in compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Proven experience in FM Hard & Soft Services, fit-out and refurbishment estimation.
- Handling site surveys, quantity take offs, budget preparation, variation costing, and coordination with operations teams to ensure accurate lifecycle and maintenance-based pricing.
