Develop a comprehensive 5-year Data and Al strategy for MATAR. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to identify insights that inform business decisions and drive organizational growth for operational and executive management of MATAR. - Lead the end‑to‑end process of gathering and validating business objectives, functional specifications, data models, and technical architectures for complex airport operational systems.

About the role:
- The main purpose of the role is to ensure the Aerodrome Standards are applied by MATAR and other stakeholders airside & flight procedures correspond to the QCAA requirement, including safety audits, inspections and work orders in accordance with the airport directives, industry relevant legislations as well as Aerodrome Certification processes.
- The role will be responsible for updating and constant reviewing of the department’s operational programs relating to Compliance Monitoring and the associated requirements.
- Establishing, conducting and leading MATAR Compliance Audits and inspection to ensure safe operations and maintain the aerodrome compliant with national and international regulations.
- Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders for MATAR compliance audits, deliver audit reports, review and communicate the acceptance of corrective action plans and monitor their implementations.
- Implementing Aerodrome Compliance Monitoring System by applying specified procedures such as preparing audit program, audit & pre-audit plan, perform actual audit and respective post audit activities for internal, external and third-party contractors audit which are originating from Civil Aviation Regulations.
