1. Sales Engineer – Low Voltage Switchgear & Electrical Distribution

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Distribution segment, focusing on Low-Voltage Switchgear, Control Components, and Wiring Devices. You will work closely with Traders, Franchise Panel Builders, Individual Panel Builders, and Facility Management teams to maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and generate new business opportunities within B & C Class projects and tenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the low-voltage switchgear and control portfolio to increase market penetration and client base.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within B & C Class projects.
  • Manage the new business segment, focusing on individual panel builders and genset manufacturers.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and position our products effectively.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare progress and strategy reports, collaborating with the team to define growth plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in distribution and B & C Class projects.
  • Strong knowledge of switchgear, control components, and wiring devices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and preferably SAP systems.

2. Sales Manager Used cars

As the Sales Manager – Used Cars, you will oversee the full commercial operations of our Used Car business.
You will lead a team of employees, define sales strategy, optimize inventory rotation, and ensure an exceptional customer journey.

What you'll do

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team; monitor KPIs, set monthly/annual targets, and ensure CRM discipline with 100% data accuracy.
  • Set competitive pricing based on market analysis; manage Days‑to‑Turn; oversee trade‑ins and sourcing from Rent, Lease & Limo divisions.
  • Work closely with Aftersales and the Expeditor to ensure vehicles are reconditioned and ready within 72 hours.
  • Ensure high‑quality listings, photos, and online visibility on key digital platforms; launch seasonal campaigns to boost footfall and sales.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and protect the long‑term reputation of Gulf Car.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years automotive sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of CRM tools and sales systems
  • Deep understanding of the used‑car market and pricing dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)

3. Finance Analyst

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at Jaidah Square. In this role, you’ll monitor financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and ensure accurate reporting for senior management and shareholders. You’ll play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping the business make informed decisions and achieve its goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts for IHF business, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and validate presentations for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Review and validate financial information and supporting documents before submission for approval.
  • Collaborate on the annual budgeting process, ensuring compliance with guidelines and timelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (preferably with credit/IHF background) OR experience as a Senior Auditor or in a supervisory role in an audit firm.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry context.
  • Proficiency in financial software (preferably SAP and SAC) and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA is required.
