1. Operations Director - PM/CM Services
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to design, implement, and maintain commercial and operational management systems across the division.
- Ensure project managers adhere to standardized project management practices in accordance with KEO and divisional policies.
- Monitor project invoicing and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure corporate and divisional QA/QC standards are fully implemented across all projects.
- Track divisional project performance and generate regular performance metrics reports for executive review.
- Work closely with project managers and studio leaders to proactively identify and resolve project performance issues, including out-of-scope work requests and variation opportunities.
- Organize and lead regular project review meetings for all ongoing projects.
- Drive improvements in operational systems, processes, and policies to support digital transformation and the division’s strategic development.
- Facilitate effective management reporting, information flow, financial management, and organizational planning.
- Participate in meetings with the Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director, and Financial Controller on fiscal planning and budget management.
- Assist the Managing Director in managing the division's budget, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Step in to support or relieve the Managing Director / Heads of Department as needed.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly performance assessments and provide insights on financial and operational outcomes relative to targets.
- Champion the implementation of Health and Safety (HSE) and Quality Management Systems in line with KEO policies.
- Ensure all staff receive necessary HSE and Quality training, and that adequate resources are devoted to these programs.
- Promote a culture where HSE and Quality are core organizational values, leading by example in all activities.
2. Road Engineer
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Understanding the Road Operation and Management activities, scope task and target.
- Responsible for the O&M of all road assets, such as Asphalt works, street lightings, safety barriers, traffic signs, directional signs, highways structures as well as maintenance of mechanical equipment such as hvac and passenger’s lifts.
- Coordinating with stakeholders for executing operations and maintenance of road networks in coordination with the Management Consultants (MC)/ contractors.
- Planning and programing road assets operation and maintenance on the networks.
- Administering, prioritizing and overseeing O&M works on the road network and oversee assignment maintenance crews. Able to undertake supervisory and inspection ( for contract compliance) tasks as assigned by Lead Engineers.
- Reviewing tender documents for contracting maintenance contracts.
- Developing cost estimates for contracting maintenance contracts based on the work scope documents.
- Reviewing tender submissions and evaluation reports and provide recommendation to the concerned Committee on technical and financial aspects.
- Providing support on commercial matters and risks to the Engineers related to ongoing contracting maintenance contracts.
- Supporting team and contractors on compliance with all processes and procedures relating to Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS).
- Assisting the project team in ensuring that road upgrading and maintenance works are carried out to the specified technical standards and that corrective action is taken as needed.
- Developing the quarterly, annual and long term preventative and routine maintenance plans to ensure that the road networks perform to the specified level of operations based on asset management standards and recommendations
- Coordinating with the Design Department to develop and implement improvements to existing road networks.
- Managing the performance of maintenance contractors to ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
- Ability to write project scope of works (tendering/quotation purposes) for new and maintenance works.
3. Associate Landscape Architect

- Providing leadership and mentorship to staff.
- Managing projects through all aspects of the design process.
- Guiding the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.

- Monitoring and analyzing project progress, cost data, productivity, and earned value metrics, and reporting performance against approved plans.
- Reviewing contractor work programs, verifying actual progress, and assessing schedule compliance and delays.
- Managing schedule updates in Primavera and supporting delay analysis, change orders, and Extension of Time (EOT) evaluations.
- Monitoring cost plans and cash flows, consolidating results into monthly consultant and project control reports.
- Preparing and reporting KPIs, project metrics, and risk-related inputs appropriate to the project stage.
- Coordinating long-lead item schedules and supporting procurement tracking with contractors and suppliers.
- Participating in contract administration, project meetings, and monthly reporting activities.

We envisage success in this role to include;
- Responsibility for providing the Head of Section and Ashghal management with strategic ITS and organisational advice to maintain Qatar's position as a leader in RMC operations; supporting coordination with key Qatar stakeholders and international organisations
- Identify and analyse international ITS technology and operational best practice and assess benefits and relevance for implementing in Qatar
- Prepare, update and track the ROMD ITS Strategy that aligns with the Qatar National Vision and Ashghal Strategies and Initiatives
- Support the Head of Section for ITS & Tunnels with the transition to performance based framework contracts, guiding the team on the key areas of focus and establishing tools

- Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in the execution of civil, infrastructure/utilities works.
- Assigning duties and supervising staff on a daily basis ensuring contractor activities are adequately covered.
- Reviewing, understanding and implementing on site contract drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrating knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quantity Surveying, and Project Network Techniques.
- Demonstrating ability to prepare instructions, specifications, and reports and cost estimates.
- Maintaining and ensuring site safety; coordinating the activities of construction supervision staff involved in safety inspection.
- Assisting the client in review, negotiation and settlement of claims arising out of disputes with a contractor.
