1. HSE Officer

Responsibilities
- Support the development of OHS policies and programs.
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
- Initiate and organize OHS training for employees and executives.
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as safety officer
- In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
- Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
- BSc/BA in safety management, engineering or relevant field is preferred

The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials related to aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and related façade components. Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure aluminum profiles, glass panels, hardware, sealants, accessories, and façade-related materials
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements and budgets
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure material specifications and timelines are met
- Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up to avoid project delays
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and price lists
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual terms
- Handle supplier performance evaluations and resolve procurement-related issues
- Support inventory control and stock management to minimize shortages or excess
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in aluminum, glass, façade, or construction industries
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass types, hardware, and façade materials
- Experience in local and international sourcing is an advantage
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
3. Admin Cum Designer
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience, preferably in kitchen or joinery showrooms
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, and fittings
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage
4. Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Monitor project costs, commitments, and expenditures
