1. Curator
The Curator provides expertise on the Museum’s collections, proposes and implements acquisitions corresponding to the strategy (including acquisitions related to Asia but not exclusively), curates exhibitions and manages publications. The Curator participates in the different activities of prefiguration of the museum.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Conceptualizes and executes all aspects of project development and implementation at the highest professional standards, including research, writing, presentations, budgeting, and coordination with project stakeholders.

2. Curator for Ottoman Lands
The Curator for Ottoman Lands will be expected to research, catalogue, and publish the MIA Collections from Turkey and the Ottoman Empire, and contribute to display and exhibition development, according to the latest scientific research and international museum practice.

3. Curator of Design
The Art Mill Museum approaches design as a multidisciplinary field, encompassing fashion, crafts, industrial, graphic, architectural, and social design, with a strong focus on its intersection with public life, sustainability, and material culture. The Curator of Design will shape the Art Mill Museum’s approach to design in conjunction with the Curator for Architecture, Design and Gardens.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Collection Development, Research, Exhibitions
- Participates in original research and exhibition projects and generate high-quality curatorial content, including catalogues, essays, and exhibition texts.
- Propose acquisitions that strengthen the design collection and contribute to AMM’s long-term development.
- Participates in the preparation of the museography program, the acquisition proposals, the pedagogical project, artistic commissions and produce texts for these projects, as well as for any other communication as required by AMM.

The Curator of Photography, Video & Moving Image is a key member in the AMM curatorial team and will participate in the research, development, and interpretation of time-based and lens-based media within the Art Mill Museum’s collection and exhibition program. The role spans historical and contemporary practices, documentation, media archives, and interdisciplinary approaches. The curator will contribute to developing the collection and to curate exhibitions in connection with the AMM strategies. They will work closely with artists, institutions, and communities locally and globally.

6. Curatorial Affairs Researcher
The Senior Curatorial Affairs Researcher supports the Curatorial Department in the development and delivery of high-quality exhibitions and related programming in alignment with the Lusail Museum’s vision, mission, and scholarly direction. This role contributes significantly to the research, interpretation, and presentation of both the permanent collection and temporary exhibitions. The Senior Researcher also plays a key role in the preparation of curatorial texts, publications, talks, and other outputs, and supports the Director and Curators in shaping and executing the museum’s exhibition and program strategy.
