• BSc, BTec Degree Qualified Electrical Engineer with min 10 Yrs. experience as an Electrical Estimator in Commercial & Industrial Building Services.
• Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
• Be able to produce accurate cost based MEP Building Services Estimate on a range of industrial & Commercial project, including high rise towers, substations, infrustructure related projects..
• Should possess experience in electrical systems, components, material and installation.
• Proficiency in Candy Estimation Software (CCS) estimating systems, Planswift, AutoCad and Microsoft Office/Project etc.
• Be able to accurately take off quantities from Drawings/Specifications, review Bills of Quantities, obtain compliant quotations from suppliers/sub contractors, review quotations for compatibility, and ascertain labour norms, for installed materils etc. Maintain database of material costs, suppliers & sub contracts contacts.
• Should possess high end administration, communication and negotiation skills, as well as smart and professional appearance. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience as an Auctioneer with hands-on auction conducting experience.
• Conduct live auctions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Manage bidding processes efficiently to ensure maximum value realization.
• Strong voice projection, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage bidders and drive competitive participation.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Must be locally available in Doha Qatar with transferable sponsorship.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Facility Management
• At least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role
• NOC & Valid Qatar Driving License are mandatory

• Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience
