1. Supervisor (Rigging)
Location: Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas / Steel Industries
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor with strong rigging expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in oil & gas or steel industries and the ability to manage site operations efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate rigging activities at site
- Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
- Lead and guide rigging teams to achieve project objectives
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports
- Coordinate with site engineers and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Steel industry
- Strong hands-on rigging experience
- Valid Third-Party Rigger Certificate (mandatory)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to prepare site reports and documentation
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Safety Officer (Oil & Gas)
Location: Alkhor, Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Certification: NEBOSH (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and regulatory requirements
- Act as Permit Receiver / Permit Coordinator as per PTW procedures
- Review, verify, and control work permits before job execution
- Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Monitor proper use of PPE and safe work practices
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for safe job execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Permit to Work (PTW) system
- Experience as Permit Receiver / Permit Coordinator
- NEBOSH Certification.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
