What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years’ experience in MEP construction, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Experience in testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
- Familiarity with UAE codes, regulations, and authority procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM (preferred), and MS Office.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes, method statements, and ITPs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
2. MEP Site Superintendent
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction or electromechanical industry
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and industry standards
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing site teams
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
3. Site Engineer - MEP
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Registered as a Civil Engineer (or eligible).
- Minimum 7 years hands-on site experience in MEP works.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera & Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Testing & Commissioning Engineer
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience commissioning data center infrastructure (Tier I–IV).
- Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, fire suppression, and monitoring systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, NFPA, IEC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
5. MEP Project Engineer
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years in MEP engineering/project execution
- Knowledge: Local & international codes, BIM 360, Revit
- Skills: QA/QC, design validation, procurement, MS Office
- Qualifications: BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
