1. Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
- The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in the department by providing clerical support in all tasks handled by the department manager.
- Assist the Brand Manager in a variety of administrative tasks such as writing letters, e-mails and other forms of correspondence as required
- Ensure that operations are running smoothly by organizing documents, filing, scheduling appointments and perform other clerical tasks when required
- Assist in travel arrangements and logistics tasks when needed
- Assist in the processing of replenishment orders and setting priorities in the production report shared on weekly basis
- Follow up on the status of orders for brands handled , ensuring timely delivery and accurateness of orders submitted and received
- Follow up on the status of item repairs
- Coordinate with concerned departments and key persons regarding the return of consignment items and making sure that all items are returned in good condition
- -Accompany the brand manager in boutique visits as often as needed
- Enter data into the system and spreadsheets ensuring its accuracy
- Perform other tasks as requested by the department manager.
2. Marketing Executive
Job Description:
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Organize events according to brand and company calendars, making sure all aspects of the event are covered from planning, budgeting, logistics and execution.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of stakeholders for the events including influencers and service providers with various specializations.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Create a calendar of promotional campaigns and strategies including budget planning, content ideation and implementation schedules. This applies to both online (Social Media) and offline (Events, activation plans..etc.)
- Coordinate brand teams’ (internally and externally) in creating engaging and interactive content to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor the Social Media platform progress, engagement analysis, tools to enhance the company performance, reports, and a full finding reports.
- Create reports required by the Head of Marketing & PR as needed, to help her build company and brands strategies for the company across our brands, across the region.
- Full immersion into our customer data to understand their needs, interaction, visits online and offline and use this information to generate future campaigns
- Back up team members as required depending on the urgency of tasks.
- Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
3. Beautician
Job Description:
- Education: Completion of an accredited beautician certification .
- At least 3 years relevant experience in a VIP family or at least a 3-star hotel or luxury Spa; experience within the GCC will be an advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employer to understand their needs and provide information about treatments.
- Extended periods and exert physical effort during treatments.
- Excellent ability to connect with clients and provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
- Knowledge of basic hair, makeup, eyebrow, and nail techniques.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Adherence to strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Upholding a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education to expand skills and knowledge.
- Good hand strength, coordination, and the ability to use various massage tools and techniques effectively.
4. Private Nurse (Female)
Job Description:
- Promote overall wellness of the family by providing high quality nursing services.
- Conduct routinary check up of family to ensure their health in the workplace.
- Conduct first aid for various medical situations while waiting for professional medical technicians to arrive.
- Administer medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
- Make recommendations to the management about new healthcare initiatives that the family implement to lower healthcare costs.
- To communicate with the doctor in terms of patient medical needs.
- To ensure patient have sufficient/complete stocks of maintenance medications at all times.
