1. Document Controller (Preferred Arab)
We are looking for a Document Controller to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project documents to ensure accuracy, proper version control, and timely distribution in accordance with company and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents
- Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and electronic)
- Ensure documents are correctly numbered, dated, and approved
- Coordinate document submission with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Track document revisions and maintain updated records
- Prepare document registers and reports as required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards
- Support project and site teams with documentation requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction field
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to write correct Arabic and professional English
- Good knowledge of document control systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Arab nationality preferred
- Experience in Qatar projects is an advantage
2. Safety Officer
We are seeking a qualified and experienced safety officer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety policies on-site to ensure full compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for site staff
- Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations and project requirements
- Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and safety documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors
- Monitor use of PPE and ensure safety awareness on site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction field
- Valid NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification
- Good knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Immediate availability is an advantage
