Required jobs at IRM Energy & Technology Services Company and their details:
1. Commissioining Specialist (Telecoms)
Monitor and technically assure EPC contractor telecom commissioning at the construction yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and Company requirements, and readiness of all systems for offshore integration commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the client for telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning at the construction yard, including walkdowns, punch listing, and technical resolution.
- Review and approve EPC commissioning plans, procedures, risk assessments, and method statements for telecom works.
- Ensure testing and commissioning comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Oversee and witness full yard commissioning of telecom systems to ensure readiness for offshore integration and hook-up.
- Witness FATs and SATs, verifying compliance with approved procedures and design functionality.
- Confirm system readiness for energization; witness contractor activities and sign off test/check sheets.
- Coordinate with I&C, Electrical, and Mechanical teams for integrated system testing.
- Ensure compliance with PTW requirements and company HSE standards.
- Review and endorse commissioning dossiers, test reports, punch lists, and red-line markups.
- Ensure telecom documentation and system databases are complete and up to date.
2. Head of Rotating Equipment
Responsible for overseeing the machinery engineering discipline and managing the FEED/EPC contractor to ensure all rotating equipment design activities meet technical requirements, scope, budget, and schedule. Provides guidance and resolves technical issues, ensures compliance of specifications and deliverables, conducts engineering surveillance, and monitors discipline schedules and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in SHES performance and actively participate in site safety activities.
- Ensure machinery engineering complies with regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Resolve machinery discipline issues promptly to meet project objectives.
- Apply approved machinery design recommendations to enhance integrity, efficiency, and safety.
- Oversee contractor machinery design/execution, ensuring adequate resources, competency, and proper tools.
- Coordinate discipline issues, support FEED, commissioning, and provide cross-discipline input.
- Track and report lessons learned.
- Monitor contractor progress and performance.
3. Senior QA/QC Engineer
Ensures that the quality of engineering, design, procurement, construction, installation of new equipment and repair, modifications of onshore and offshore facilities is consistent with the Codes, Standards, Specifications and Company Policies and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise QA/QC Inspectors, Engineers, and NDT Technicians for procedure compliance.
- Lead metallurgical failure analyses and recommend corrective actions.
- Support procurement with QA/QC reviews of materials, equipment, and technical bids.
- Approve WPS, PQR, and QA/QC reports; define alternative inspection methods.
- Provide QA/QC input for FRA, EMOC, RCFA, and startup activities.
- Review maintenance contracts and ensure QA/QC compliance during execution.
- Conduct supplier/contractor audits and monitor corrective actions.
- Oversee inspection/certification of gas cylinders, tanks, and lifting equipment.
- Promote quality awareness through training and procedure updates.
4. Senior Process Safety & Risk Engineer
Deploy asset-based process safety, loss prevention, and risk engineering programs; ensure standards compliance; and provide expert advisory to enhance process safety and risk engineering across assets, brownfield facilities, and major capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement process safety, loss prevention, and risk management programs across assigned assets.
- Provide process safety and risk engineering review for engineering documents and project deliverables to ensure standards compliance.
- Facilitate and lead safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, SIL), coordinating with consultants and stakeholders.
- Implement loss prevention, Safety Case, and Barrier Management requirements within assets.
- Review MOCs to maintain plant integrity and operational safety.
- Monitor process safety KPIs, identify trends, and drive corrective actions with Operations and functional teams.
- Support L3 MOR and L3 Ensure Process Safety processes and represent Process Safety & Risk Engineering in asset and project activities.
5. CMMS Engineer
Develop and implement technical applications to support the maintenance and planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-business requirements; coordinate master data preparation and uploads.
- Review and quality-check SECE-related functional locations identified through TRA.
- Apply correct SECE classifications per company standards.
- Select suitable maintenance tasks; create maintenance plans, items, task lists, and standard texts.
- Assign measuring points for as-found/as-left equipment condition recording.
- Process and QC SAP Master Data Change Requests; liaise with discipline engineers and CMMS team.
- Maintain accurate equipment hierarchy with correct financial, functional, and reliability data.
- Generate reports and KPIs to track progress and performance.
- Understand company guidelines on Maintenance Strategies, Criticality, and Master Data standards.
- Perform related duties assigned by Senior CMMS Engineer.
- Prepare SAP data upload sheets using standardized templates.
