• 10 years’ experience in Engineering roles, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas industry, and including 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
• Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.
• Experienced and competent in managing all phases of project execution including start up and handover, and managing technical issues.
• Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over - processes/procedures.
• Strong knowledge across engineering disciplines, international engineering standards, specifications, design, and execution methodologies.
• Experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.
• Good knowledge in project planning, gate reviews, scheduling, cost control, change management, etc.
• Experience in contract management, negotiations, and managing contractors.
• Experience in high pressure pumping system and Design Approach 2 Studies model and analyse pulsation study.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum 8+ years experience in a similar PTW Coordinator role.
• 5+ years field experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, shipyard, or construction yard.
• Strong understanding of PTW systems, CSE, Gas Testing, isolations, and HSE standards.
• Broad experience in onshore/offshore, greenfield & brownfield project phases.
• Familiar with commissioning workflows, systemization, completions, PSSR, checksheets, etc.
• EPC contractor & international project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydrotesting, pipe cleaning, leak testing (N2He), ICSS, loop checks, LV/MV/HV systems is an advantage.
• Ability to speak English fluently, Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical OR Instrumentation).
• Advanced reliability engineering education from reputable institution.
• At least 8-10 years’ experience, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals Industries of which at least four years in maintenance, condition monitoring and inspection.
• Good exposure to various PdM tools and software used in Oil and Gas Industries for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipments.
• Hands on experience in facilitating RCFA workshop and logically breaking down various failure modes.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Knowledge of Reliability and Asset Management Philosophy and hands on experience on calculation of various AMP and Reliability KPIs is key requirement for the position.
• Good analytical skills and experience in use of statistical software and techniques for Reliability and Asset management.
• Understanding of Reliability Growth, Weibull Analysis, Production modeling.
• Knowledge of SIX SIGMA methodology and experience of handling at least one project as a team member.
• A green belt or black belt would be an advantage.
• The candidate must have experience in PM and MM module of SAP in data analysis and generating various reports from the data base.
• Experience in Reliability and RCM modules of Meridium software would be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill to work in a team environment with Maintenance, Operation, Corporate Planning and other stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation or electronics engineering.
• Six (6) years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, process plantor power plant with a minimum of four (4) years in the field of flowmeasurement and metering.
• Competent in various engineering software tools related to flowmeasurement and metering like Kelton flow calculation, S600 flowcomputer applications etc.
• Aware of ISO standards on flow measurement. Technical and Business Skills
• Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
• Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and knowledgeable inrelevant software tools and specifications.
• Conversansant with using Meridium or similar data managementsoftware.
