1. Specialist, OG Procurement and Sourcing
Your impact on our goals
- Sourcing and procurement / Source to Settle:
- Contributes into the overall Ooredoo strategic sourcing mission of the department.
- Ensures execution of savings targets and related action plans for assigned categories.
- Liaises with relevant functions to receive sourcing requests and ensures they are implemented swiftly and accurately.
- Develops sourcing strategy, secures alignment with business units and secures necessary approvals.
- Manages all up-stream activities including RFx process, vendor negotiation and contract finalization in conjunction with the superior.
- Ensures timely and accurate completion of all downstream activities i.e. validation of Purchase Requisitions and issuance of preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Ensures all activities follow the prescribed governance and maintains the highest standards of transparency and fairness.
- Manages the reporting requirement for the function and tracks compliance.
- Constantly seeks to update own knowledge and that of others within the department in relation to industry standards for Strategic Sourcing of high value products or services.
- Establishes and manages category strategies within the assigned domains
- Supports the day-to-day operations in line with the required standards of Ooredoo to deliver the highest level of service to internal customers whilst at the same time building supplier relationships to ensure that Ooredoo's suppliers become long term business partners.
- Supplier performance management
- Preparation of the data for the annual supplier performance evaluation and action planning
- Reporting and cadence management, action tracking on the supplier improvement actions
- Continuous review of the framework of SPM in the Group and identification of areas for improvement as well as action planning
- Demand management
- Consolidation of the demand inputs from Ooredoo entities
- Review of the submissions and analysis for potential areas of efficiency and consolidation at Group level

2. Chief Financial Officer (Fintech)
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the overall financial stewardship of Ooredoo Fintech, ensuring robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline across the organization, in a fast growing, multi country environment.
The role supports the company's continued growth and operational scale by maintaining strong financial controls, reliable reporting, and efficient financial operations.
In addition, the CFO will play a key role in driving transformation within the finance function, strengthening processes, systems, and capabilities to support a maturing fintech platform and an evolving regulatory environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to a leader with a builder mentality, highly structured, with a strong personal presence and gravitas.
Role Accountabilities
- Financial Strategy & Business Partnership
- Define and lead the financial strategy of the business, ensuring full alignment with corporate objectives, growth ambitions, and regulatory expectations.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee, providing forward-looking financial insight to support product innovation, market expansion, and capital deployment decisions
- Drive long-term financial planning, including capital allocation, funding strategy, and value creation across markets and product lines.
- Financial Governance, Control & Reporting
- Establish and maintain a best-in-class financial control environment, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and all applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of management accounts, board reporting, statutory financial statements, and regulatory submissions
- Ensure audit readiness at all times, with robust governance frameworks, policies, and controls embedded across the organisation.
- Own the integrity, consistency, and transparency of all financial data and reporting.
- Finance Transformation, Systems & Scalability
- Lead the transformation of the finance function into a scalable, technology-enabled, and data-driven organisation.
- Design and implement robust, end-to-end processes and control frameworks that support growth, multi-country operations, and increasing regulatory complexity.
- Champion automation, system optimisation, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making capability.
- Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure financial architecture, reconciliation tools, and data flows are fit for scale and future innovation.
- Financial Operations & Liquidity Management
- Provide executive oversight of all financial operations, including reconciliations, settlement processes, escrow management, and partner funding flows.
- Ensure robust safeguarding of customer funds, strict adherence to settlement SLAs, and effective fund segregation practices
- Lead liquidity management, including cash forecasting, working capital optimisation, and foreign exchange exposure management.
- Maintain operational resilience across all financial processes, ensuring continuity under stress scenarios.
- Regulatory Engagement & Compliance
- Serve as the primary finance interface with regulators, central banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with all licensing conditions, regulatory reporting requirements, and fintech/payment services regulations.
- Oversee financial aspects of AML/FCC frameworks in collaboration with Risk and Compliance functions.
- Proactively manage regulatory relationships, anticipating changes and ensuring the organisation remains ahead of evolving requirements.
- Performance Management & Value Creation
- Lead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across markets and products.
- Translate complex financial and transactional data into clear, actionable insights for senior management and the Board.
- Drive disciplined performance management, including unit economics, product profitability, and cost efficiency.
- Embed a value-creation mindset across the organisation, linking financial performance to strategic priorities.
3. Senior Manager Customer Experience

- Support the Head of CX in shaping and executing the Group CX strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the organization's customer-centric vision.
- Design, develop, and maintain Group Customer Experience frameworks, methodologies, and standards, ensuring consistent CX practices across markets.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of CX frameworks and methodologies across OpCos, providing guidance and support to ensure effective local execution
- Lead and coordinate multi-country CX transformation and improvement initiatives, working closely with OpCos and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in CX
- Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance Group-level CX dashboards and reporting frameworks, providing visibility on key customer experience indicators such as CSAT, VOC etc.
- Participate in and support Group-led RFP and RFI processes related to CX technology solutions, contributing to requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and implementation support.
- Monitor the progress and impact of CX initiatives across OpCos, ensuring that improvement programs deliver tangible results in key CX performance indicators.
- Channel Management / enablement
- Define and evolve the Group omnichannel customer experience strategy across key customer interaction channels including Retail, Contact Centre, Mobile App, Web, and other digital interfaces, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain channel experience frameworks, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery and customer experience across all Operating Companies (OpCos).
- Drive channel and OpCo level customer experience capability building initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze channel-level CX performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, VOC, digital experience scores), identifying key drivers of satisfaction and areas requiring improvement.
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration and knowledge sharing, enabling OpCos to adopt proven CX practices and successful initiatives implemented in other markets.
- Establish channel-specific CX principles and service design standards covering areas such as customer journey flows, service processes, digital usability, and interaction quality.
4. Associate Director-Strategic Projects

- Project Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Ensure risks, dependencies, and escalation points are well-managed and communicated.
- Expansion of Data Center and AI/GPU Strategy
- Provide support in driving the territorial and scope expansion of Ooredoo's data center and AI/GPU offerings.
- Work closely with Syntys on performance insights while leading the strategic expansion and new territory feasibility assessments.
- Evaluate partnership, JV, or M&A opportunities for the expansion of Data Centers and AI/GPU offerings.
- Strategic Project Origination & Pipeline Support
- Assist in shaping the pipeline of new strategic projects approved under the updated Group strategy.
- Evaluate new initiatives, structure problem statements, define approach, and provide analytical leadership during early-stage exploration.
- Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare executive-level presentations, Board papers, and investor communications related to strategic projects .
- Communicate complex strategic topics succinctly to senior executives, shareholders, and external partners.
- Represent the department in cross-organizational discussions with senior management and external stakeholders.
