- Petromech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
- Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in administration and operations support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and departments
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation and operational tasks
- Monitor office supplies and manage procurement requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Description:
- Location: Qatar
- Petromech is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in taxation, accounting, finance, and VAT compliance.
- Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience:
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in taxation, accounting, finance, and VAT returns
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review state and local tax returns in compliance with applicable GTA laws
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and payments
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities when required
- Handle tax audits, assessments, and notices
- Provide tax planning and advisory support to management
- Ensure compliance with corporate tax, sales tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
