1. Mechanical Engineer Supervisor

The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Mechanical Engineer to plan and supervise the mechanical activities and processes of PHCC’s facilities services. Supervise the work of assigned employees and participates in the operation, maintenance and repair of the plant equipment and Health Center facilities.
Key Accountabilities & Duties
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of the PHCC mission, vision and values.
- Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and PHCC’s requirements.
- Continually review, make suggestions and implement improvements to maintenance procedures, working practices etc. to help continually improve the effectiveness of the maintenance function.
- Monitor and ensure that all activities and operations are within the Mechanical work Projects all in accordance with the Policies and Procedures and reports any discrepancies to the Mechanical Engineer.
- Assist Mechanical Engineer in supervising, directing and coordinating all Mechanical Maintenance activities too includes implementation, maintaining, and improving mechanical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, and system.
- Prepare documents for Procurement engineer with regards to purchase of routine and non-routine items and for contracts with vendors employed to manage facilities equipment and buildings.
- Respond and provide technical assistance to any mechanical equipment problems and mechanical related issues whether it is urgent/emergency call or corrective works within Health Center’s owned facilities.
- Support CMMS by ensuring regular update/ monitoring and proper execution of maintenance plans and documentation.
- Ensure that site mechanical maintenance activities are properly monitored and all quality records are established and maintained.
- Carry out inspections of maintenance work to ensure that it has been carried out to meet satisfactory standards.
- Supervise and monitor performance within the Mechanical work Projects and ensure that all staff are geared towards achieving the division’s objectives and business plans.
- Supervise the working methods of Maintenance Technicians to ensure they abide by H&S rules and that they undertake their work in a safe manner.
- Ensure that coordination and communication exists between the team and engineering department.
- Provide operational direction to the team regarding the various aspects of Mechanical work activities to ensure professional and timely delivery of PHCC’s services & activities.
- Demonstrate proactive approach to patient safety by thinking what might go wrong in all your undertakings and take necessary measures to prevent them from happening.
- Identify and report potential or actual patient safety concerns, errors and/or near misses in timely manner.
- Partner with line manager to understand risks in your area of work, develop a plan on how to mitigate those risks, and develop shared accountability for implementing and evaluating the plan.
- The incumbent will undertake any such related duties or responsibilities as directed.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Certification, license or training Requirements: Registered within certified associations/relevant license preferred & Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Experience & Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years in a Mechanical engineering role in Health Care Facilities or similar in the same capacity. Experienced in PPM process implementation, corrective maintenance, and emergency response.Experienced in CMMS process coordination, PPM planning and preparations of checklists following relevant standards.

2. E-health Project Manager
The role will play a crucial role in managing, implementing, and supporting IT systems related to Health Insurance at PHCC. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, technical knowledge, and deep understanding of the health insurance landscape to ensure successful system integrations and project deliveries. If required, the individual will also oversee multiple healthcare IT projects, focusing on optimizing and integrating health insurance-related IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Reporting to a Health Insurance Project Manager, the IT Project Manager will assist in managing and supporting ongoing projects related but not limited to Cerner EMR Health Insurance Optimization, Revenue Cycle Management, Integration to ensure the smooth execution of multiple projects and programs of Health Insurance
Key Accountabilities & Duties
- Collaborate with vendors to plan, execute, and complete Information Technology(IT) & Clinical Information Projects related to health insurance digitalization,ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with organizations strategicobjectives.
- Oversee health insurance digitization projects assigned by the Health InsuranceProject Manager including EMR optimization, system integrations, andimplementation of insurance requirements across multiple systems within theCIS ecosystem to meet health insurance regulations.
- Take proactive ownership of Project activities related to the Technology Streamand ensure project tasks and milestones are met successfully throughcoordination with all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and work withvendors/stakeholders and the Project Manager to minimize risk impact andensure timely project completion.
- Report regularly to the Health Insurance Project Manager regarding projectstatus, issues, and risks, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Ensure Project related issues are addressed promptly and provide contingencyplans as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and projectartifacts (including scope, schedules, risk logs, and change controldocumentation) to ensure transparency and accountability throughout theproject lifecycle.
- Oversee the project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies,ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets. This includesfacilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and managing sprint cycles.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring the integration of multiple vendorsystems, ensuring compatibility and seamless communication betweenhealthcare IT systems, and working with vendors to ensure compliance withcontract terms and service level agreements.
- Provide on-site support during system go-live and critical project phases,ensuring system functionality and successful project deployment.
- If required, oversee multiple Projects under the umbrella of Health Insurance ITdigitization.
- Act as the main point of contact during planning, execution and deploymentphase of Project
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, InformationTechnology, Business Administration or related fields.
- Certification: PMP, Scrum Master, or similar Project management Certifications are mandatory.
- Experience : 10 years of project management experience with at least 5 years focused onhealthcare EMR/Health insurance digitalization/ IT Healthcare projects
- 4+ years’ experience working on large-scale EMR or health care-related ITprojects, including system integrations.
