• Client Identification & Lead Generation

• Explain company services (staffing, temporary manpower, contract staffing, payroll support, etc.)
• Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and senior management
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain communication records
• Support in Client Onboarding
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations
• Collect basic client requirements (manpower numbers, skill sets, location, shift timings)
• Help in documentation and onboarding coordination once a client is confirmed
• Coordination Between Clients & Recruitment Team
• Share client requirements with recruiters/HR team
• Track fulfillment status of client demands
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and joining formalities if needed

• Visit prospective and existing clients to promote manpower supply services
• Identify and approach target customers to generate new business
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable manpower solutions
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong skills in client meetings, convincing, and negotiation
• Sound knowledge of oil & gas hiring requirements
• Experience in manpower supply business is mandatory
• Ability to independently approach clients and generate business
• Knowledge of target customers and market segments

• Execute welding strictly per the relevant WPS parameters (amps/volts/travel speed/heat input).
• Apply GTAW for root and hot passes; SMAW for fill and cap per WPS.
• Ensure correct bevel preparation (machining/grinding) and back gouging when required.
• Set up and verify shielding/backing gas; maintain purge quality with oxygen monitoring for stainless and clad joints.
• Control preheat/interpass temperatures per material WPS.
• Perform initial/interpass cleaning (brushing/grinding); use SS-dedicated tools for stainless spools.
• Coordinate with QC for VT, dimensional checks, and NDT (PT/MT/RT/UT) as per ITP.
• Maintain weld traceability (weld maps, numbering) and consumable control (drying, storage, batch tracking).
• Comply with site HSE and PTW; work safely in confined/elevated hot areas typical of brownfield plants.

• Valid WQT in GTAW + SMAW for 5G/6G positions covering CS, SS, TMCP, and nickel alloy/clad joints.
• Third-party certification: DNV-GL / TÜV / Bureau Veritas / ClassNK / ABS (or equivalent).
• Ability to read WPS/PQR, isometrics, and weld maps; knowledge of defect prevention and corrective actions.

• Should have Qatar driving license for Mobile Crane Operator
• Should be able to take full ownership of the newly assigned crane

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning within the oil and gas industry.
• Hands-on expertise in piping system testing, cleaning, and mechanical completion.
• Strong understanding of commissioning documentation and punch list management.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Valid Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) Gate Pass — Category RL1/31 (mandatory).
• Ability to join immediately will be an advantage.
