1. Civil Draftsman
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings based on engineering designs and specifications.
- Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout drawings for construction projects.
- Revise drawings and layouts according to feedback from engineers and project managers.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, company standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2. HSE Engineer
The HSE Engineer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across construction sites to ensure compliance with Qatar laws, client requirements, and company policies. The role focuses on creating a safe working environment, minimizing risks, and promoting a strong safety culture on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and programs at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations, client standards, and international safety practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Monitor and report on safety performance, incidents, and near-misses.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants on HSE matters.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist during client, consultant, and authority audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Safety, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental) or related fields.
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
- Additional HSE certifications (e.g., IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction projects.
- Prior experience working in Qatar or GCC is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems and standards.
- Knowledge of Qatar Construction Safety Regulations and local authority requirements (Ashghal, QCS, etc.).
- Familiarity with Qatari and international safety regulations.
- Proficiency in incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement HSE programs.
