Job Description:

2. Driver cum Messenger
Job Description:
- Wanted Urgently Driver cum Messenger with Bank Experience minimum 3- 4 years
- Qatar Driving License mandatory
- Immediate joining with NOC required
- Bank Experience Mandatory
- Morning and Evening Staff pickup drop plus bank work, invoice submission.
- Salary 3000 QAR

3. Urgently Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for maintenance and AMC contracts.
- Promote company maintenance services including Fire Alarm, Fire fighting,HVAC, Electrical, ELV, and other facility maintenance services.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team for service delivery and project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and prepare suitable maintenance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain proper records of leads, sales activities, and client communications.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
4. ELV Project Engineer
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end execution of ELV projects from initiation to handover.
- Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors for approvals and site activities.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Control project costs, variations, and claims.
- Prepare and submit project reports, progress reports, and invoices.
- Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers performance.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.
5. BMS Engineers
Job Description:
- Design and review BMS system architecture and control strategies.
- Install, configure, and commission BMS controllers, sensors, and field devices.
- Program and modify DDC controllers and graphical user interfaces.
- Integrate HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other systems with BMS.
- Conduct testing & commissioning and prepare related documentation.
- Troubleshoot system faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
- Provide training to clients/end users on BMS operation.
