1. Specialist Project Economics
Key Accountabilities:
- Economic Evaluation and Capital Budgeting Decision Making
- Develop financial models and statistical techniques to evaluate existing strategic investments, future major capital projects for top management decision making.
- Identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities by analyzing internal financial and operational data including validation of calculations provided by the relevant departments.

3. Engineer - DR-1
Key Accountabilities:
- Technical Maintenance Activities
- Analyze the daily maintenance activities from the daily log books and record sheets versus the plan and make any required modifications to subsequent daily plans in order to support the achievement of the maintenance plans.
- Analyze the vibration and maintenance result sheet, identify, design and propose to management technical maintenance improvements and/or equipment developments in order to support the continual technical improvement of maintenance provision.
- Identifying and addressing technical problems with implementing solutions for rectification.
- Conducting technical research and applying new knowledge.
- Study and review engineering designs for new projects and identify the variations
- Prepare Tender documents for CAPEX projects, evaluate the Technical Offers, schedule the project timeline and cash flow, coordinate with internal and external parties for execution, monitor the progress and confirm the project completion according to the approved schedule.
- Interact daily with the operation team to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Carry out and supervise all maintenance programs for critical and/or complex plant equipment including all types of mechanical equipment in order to ensure that continuous plant availability and equipment downtime is minimized.
- Confirm execution of all maintenance program (Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown) with the plant /shift supervisor in order to ensure the achievement of high standards of plant and equipment operation with minimal production downtime
- Communicate and co-ordinate with vendors, technology suppliers & third parties for all plant know-how issues, troubles, upgrading & modifications in order to ensure that maintenance provision meets the ongoing needs of the production process.
- Identify and recommend equipment / systems for procurement, provide technical specification, perform technical evaluation of equipment and suppliers and ensure effective commissioning and follow up where appropriate.
- Manage discrete projects and support / contribute to larger projects, e.g. internal expansion, from feasibility study through to implementation in order to ensure that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards

- Internal Audit Operations

- Support IA Manager to ensure organizational independence annually and consult with IA Manager to take necessary actions or safeguard measures if the independence is impaired.

5. Scrap Conductor
Key Accountabilities:
- Technical Operation
- Identify all scrap supplying to EAF in accordance with demand and take appropriate measures to ensure that scrap, quantity and quality are in conformance with specification in charging basket and avoid mixing.
- Identify and segregate scrap contamination materials such as non-ferrous, non-conductive, oversize, airtight and explosive in order to maintain safe supply to EAF.
- Monitor and control outsourced Logistics and operatives to supply different materials at various locations to meet the requirement of Steel Making and ensure that raw materials are supplied without any contamination that may harm, interrupt or reduce quality.
- Prepare, receive and provide scrap basket in a sequence dumped with safe hanging condition as per the basket schedule pattern.
- Ensure and validate communication channel in order to maintain effective communication with co- worker and supportive team through TMR to run smooth operation.
- Communicate and check frequently with EAF, Truck Scale and production units to meet the requirement of Steel Making.
- Implement both planned and unplanned changes to the operation/ process control as directed by supervisor and ability adopt the changes in work scenario.
- Maintain routine inspection on scrap basket and preparation area to avoid interruption in the facility.
- Perform housekeeping at basket platform, basket pit, scrap yard and all related work areas for smooth operational activities.
- Communicating all the issues and unsafe conditions of the work area to shift in charge to take appropriate action by supervisor
- Communicate with reliver about current status and operation parameters to act accordingly.
- Reporting
- Prepare check sheets for the condition of Pulpit (Basket preparation area)
- Reporting of basket condition, bottom /leakage in PMMS while supplying as well as shift in charge for immediate resolutions
- Confirming charge mix and basket charge timing in PMMS with EAF control room.
6. Fire Fighter
Key Accountabilities:
- Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls to protect lives, property and environment.
- Operating tools and equipment used for firefighting safely and effectively
- Providing appropriate medical care within their scope of knowledge in emergency situations
- Analyzing hazardous situations and thinking of quick solutions and actions
- Inspect scenes of fire or accidents to identify causes or discover significant findings
- Participates in specialist stand-by duties using firefighting equipment’s breathing apparatus and specialist rope rescue equipment during plant routine maintenance and emergency situation.
- Participates and mobilize the rope rescue equipment’s onsite for stand-by duties such as high-risk elevated activities and confined space entry.
- Conduct the plant site inspection for confined space entry and prepare the rescue plan

7. Process Safety Management Lead
Key Accountabilities:
- Process Safety
- Develop, implement, and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) programs, procedures, and industry standards tailored to Steel Industry requirements.
- Facilitate and coordinate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) activities, including HAZOP, LOPA, Bow-Tie, HAZID, FMEA, SIL, and QRA studies; maintain risk registers and ensure timely closure of actions.
- Govern Management of Change (MOC) and lead Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), ensuring all process modifications meet safety requirements.
- Assure Safety Critical Elements (SCE) performance standards and compliance with Inspection, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance (ITPM) plans.
- Rationalize alarms, manage alarm KPIs and reduce nuisance/standing alarms.
- Lead and coordinate incident investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and share lessons learned across the organization.
- Coordinate and review emergency drills, dispersion, fire and emergency response scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements, including international certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and standards (IEC 61511, API, NFPA, ISA 18.2, OSHA PSM).
- Coach operators/engineers, conduct training sessions, foster process safety culture.
- Lead and conduct internal and external audits of the PSM system, and manage periodic assurance activities to maintain license to operate.
