1. Site Nurse

We are hiring a Site Nurse for DGC. The Nurse will be responsible for providing medical support, first aid, and occupational health services to employees at our project sites, ensuring compliance with Qatar Health Authority and HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate first aid and medical assistance for injuries and illnesses at site.
  • Maintain accurate employee health and medical records.
  • Monitor health conditions of employees and promote workplace health awareness.
  • Conduct routine health checks and participate in health/safety campaigns.
  • Maintain medical equipment, first aid kits, and ensure stock availability.

  • Review and approve material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and other technical documents related to quality.

  • Maintain all QA/QC records, inspection logs, test reports, material traceability, and project documentation.
  • Ensure that all testing (concrete, soil, MEP, finishes, etc.) is performed according to standards and documented properly.
  • Provide training and awareness to site teams on quality procedures and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with HSE and Project Management teams to ensure integrated compliance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for management and the client.
  • Support the final handover process including quality dossiers, as-built documentation, and close-out reports.

3. Environmental Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee environmental compliance and ensure adherence to Ashghal and Qatar regulatory standards.
  • Prepare environmental reports, assessments, and documentation for infrastructure and civil projects.

  • Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including S-curves, histograms, and earned value analysis (EVA).

  • Prepare and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for all deliverables and activities.

  • Maintain tracking logs for procurement, submittals, RFIs, and drawing approvals.
  • Integrate subcontractor programs into the master project schedule.
  • Assist cost control teams in linking time with cost data for accurate cash flow forecasting.
  • Conduct risk assessments and schedule impact evaluations.
  • Support project closeout by preparing final project reports and schedule summaries.
  • Train and mentor junior planning engineers on scheduling tools and reporting techniques.

6. Architect (Fire & Life Safety Specialist)
