3. Key Responsibilities

• Set and maintain flight-line standards with the Training Cell Team Leader and Flight Line Controller.
• Plan and support weapons-load training for re-authorisation and new capabilities.
• Maintain configured training materials, schedules and delivery programmes.
• Deliver induction, continuation, manual-handling, working-at-height, SHE and IMS training when required.
• Maintain training records, arrange refresher/external training and analyse feedback.
• Apply continuing-airworthiness, safety, quality, regulatory and contractual requirements.

• General Typhoon knowledge in the relevant technical area.
• Typhoon Trade Q Course.
• Engineering HNC or equivalent experience.
• Leadership Foundation, Human Factors, E&PW, ITAR and Fire Training.
• UK driving licence.
