- Develop test strategies, plans and processes.
- Lead and mentor testers and coordinate scope with project/software teams.
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance and UAT.
- Define metrics and report progress, quality and risks.

- Drive continuous improvement and after-hours testing support.
4. Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- At least 15 years in software testing/QA including 10 years managing end-to-end large-project testing.
- Agile and Waterfall large-project experience.
- Strong SDLC/testing-methodology knowledge.
- Hands-on test-management, automation and defect-tracking tools.
