• Design standards-aligned course materials across technical, professional, leadership and language topics.
• Apply instructional-design and adult-learning principles and conduct Training Needs Analyses.

• Strong knowledge of TNA and adult-learning theory.
• Experience developing training content from scratch.
• Familiarity with accreditation frameworks.
• Bachelor’s in Education, L&D, Organisational Psychology, HR, Leadership or related discipline, or recognised L&D qualification with equivalent experience.
• Ability to work autonomously under competing priorities.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual/multilingual training experience.
• Professional L&D qualifications such as CIPD L&D, TAP or CPTD.
• Relevant subject-matter certification.
