Job Overview

Senior tendering and quotation role with Hitachi Energy in Doha, supporting commercial bid preparation for the power industry.

Job Description

The role reviews tender documentation, develops compliant quotations through cost analysis and benchmarks, coordinates internal inputs and manages bid timelines, risk reviews and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents and customer requirements.
Prepare quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks.
Coordinate cross-functional technical and commercial inputs.
Manage tender timelines and bid/no-bid analysis.
Identify bid, contract and estimate risks.
Maintain compliant documentation and quality checks.
Engage customers during the tender and quotation process.

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of tendering, bids or quotation experience in the power industry.
Strong analytical capability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder-management, detail and organizational skills.
