Qatar Shell is one of the largest foreign investors in Qatar, with Pearl GTL, the world’s largest Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) plant. Joining our graduate programme will give you the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most innovative energy projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
The Shell Graduate Programme is a structured, challenging, and development-driven program that will equip you with the essential competencies, business-critical skills, and critical experiences to make you a competitive professional by the end of the 3-year program.
From day one, you’ll be given a challenging hands-on role, working in a diverse global environment. You’ll be guided and mentored, with frequent reviews as part of a structured development framework. You will also learn alongside talented colleagues from around the world, with access to resources that will enable you to think and work in new and innovative ways.
The programme includes internal and external training courses as well as on-the-job learning, helping you gain the essential skills needed to succeed.

We’re looking for graduates who can thrive and grow in a global, challenging, and fast-paced environment.
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme, you must meet the following requirements:

Graduated prior to your first day at Shell.

Qatari National.
-
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical).

Willingness to work in Ras Lafan.
-
Male candidates need to have completed their national service.
-
No previous professional experience or current employment is required.

تفاصيل البرنامج
برنامج الخريجين في شل هو إطار تطويري منظم ومكثف، يهدف إلى تأهيلك بالمهارات الأساسية والخبرات العملية التي ستجعلك محترفًا تنافسيًا بنهاية البرنامج الذي يمتد لثلاث سنوات.
من اليوم الأول، ستتولى دورًا عمليًا مليئًا بالتحديات، ضمن بيئة عمل عالمية متنوعة. ستحصل على الإشراف والدعم اللازمين، وستخضع لمراجعات منتظمة ضمن برنامج تطوير منظم. كما ستتعلم إلى جانب زملاء موهوبين من مختلف أنحاء العالم، وستتمكن من استكشاف طرق جديدة في التفكير والعمل بفضل الموارد المتاحة لك.
يشمل البرنامج دورات تدريبية داخلية وخارجية، بالإضافة إلى التعلم أثناء العمل، لمساعدتك على اكتساب المهارات اللازمة للنجاح.
الشروط المطلوبة
نبحث عن خريجين طموحين قادرين على النمو في بيئة عمل عالمية مليئة بالتحديات.
للتأهل لبرنامج الخريجين في شل، يجب أن تتوافر فيك الشروط التالية:

أن تكون قد تخرجت قبل بدء العمل في شل.

أن تكون من حاملي الجنسية القطرية.
-
حاصل على درجة بكالوريوس كحد أدنى في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكيميائية، الصناعية أو الكهربائية).
-
الرغبة في العمل في راس لفان.
-
أن يكون المرشحون الذكور قد أنهوا الخدمة الوطنية.
-
ألا يكون لديك خبرة عمل سابقة أو وظيفة حالية.
