The Cost Accountant will monitor production costs and operational expenses, prepare detailed costing reports for materials, labor, and overhead, support management in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and ensure accurate cost allocations in collaboration with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or construction
• Strong knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP software (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage
