DetailsWe are seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently.
Responsibilities
You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create and publish job ads in Arabic and English, and source candidates via multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies. Conduct pre-screening interviews, manage scheduling, collect feedback, communicate with candidates, extend offers, and oversee smooth onboarding. Additionally, you will maintain candidate records in the ATS and support employer branding initiatives such as events, university partnerships, and networking.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of recruitment practices, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a proactive approach to sourcing talent across technical and non-technical functions. Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment and familiarity with ATS tools is highly desirable.Compensation
