Position: OSH Engineer / Assistant Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Engineer or Assistant Manager. The position will oversee health and safety protocols, ensure EHS compliance, and manage investigations and training programs to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
- Option A: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an OSH Engineer/Asst. Manager, with a Master's in OSH from an accredited university.
- Option B: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as an OSH Engineer/Asst. Manager, with a Bachelor's in OSH or a NEBOSH Diploma.
- Option C: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an OSH Engineer/Asst. Manager, with a Post-Secondary OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5).
- Completion of the "Abu Dhabi Occupational Health and Safety (OSHAD-SF) Practitioners Course" with "Grade A or B" registration.
- ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Health & Safety.
- Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), accident investigation, and training.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

الوظيفة بدوام كامل داخل مقر الشركة، وتتضمن الإشراف على بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة، ضمان الامتثال لقواعد الصحة والبيئة (EHS)، وإدارة التحقيقات وبرامج التدريب لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية.المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- الخيار أ: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة كمهندس/مدير مساعد، مع درجة الماجستير في الصحة والسلامة المهنية من جامعة معتمدة.
- الخيار ب: خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة كمهندس/مدير مساعد، مع درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو دبلوم NEBOSH.
- الخيار ج: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة كمهندس/مدير مساعد، مع مؤهل صحي بعد الثانوية (NVQ المستوى 4/5).
- اجتياز "دورة ممارسي الصحة والسلامة المهنية في أبوظبي (OSHAD-SF)" والتسجيل بدرجة "A أو B".
- شهادة ISO-45001 Lead Auditor مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مجال الصحة والسلامة.
- الخبرة في مجالات الصحة والسلامة البيئية (EHS)، والتحقيق في الحوادث، والتدريب.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية، بالإضافة إلى مهارات التواصل والقيادة الممتازة.
